Issues pertaining  to NELFUND  Loans 

This informing students facing issues with their NELFUND loan to visit the Desk officer at Room 01 at the Students' Affairs Building, or the Dean of Students Affairs and Students Account Session for submission of correct account number. Meanwhile, the University feels proud to confirm that it is up to date in the payment of all monies released to it to the beneficiaries

    I just want to ask a question. I paid my school fee before nelfund payed the institutional fee. I just want to know if it count and there is a refund concerning that?

      M" Please can you please shed more light on it. I'm amongst the set of people that their Gmail were removed from the school mail late last year due to the load on it so there's no how I can check that. And if they're returning it my account number is right on my nelfund page or can you please tell me how it's done

    I applied for the Nelfund loan and it shows successful on my profile but my name was not among the list and im not in Ogbomosho presently and besides our faculty have been moved down to Iseyin. I’m hoping to hearing from you back soon 🙏🙏

      I'm facing the same problem at the moment I also applied for 2023/2024. I only placed my account number on my student portal and my belief was that it will work. But after visiting the student affairs this afternoon and also visiting cash office I was told my name is not there too and I'm yet to be refunded since late last year. I'm just being hopeful.

    It’s been over a month since I submit my account details at the senate building for a refund of institutional fees, but I still haven’t gotten my money…it’s really frustrating

  NELFUND students loan: LAUTECH never fiddled with funds Our attention has been drawn to the obnoxious story on the front page of the Guardian Newspaper edition of Tuesday April 29, 2025 in which it reported that 51 Universities were found to have made illegal deductions from the Nigeria Education Loan Funds (NELFUND) facilitated by the Federal Government. We would not have bothered to respond to the malicious story that fell short of responsible journalism that the Guardian used to be known for, but for the fact that the publication erroneously listed the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, among the  51 Universities it said misappropriated the funds.
