  LAUTECH VC charges NISLT inductees on professionalism, integrity The Vice-Chancellor of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, has charged newly inducted graduates of the Department of Science Laboratory Technology (SLT) to uphold professionalism, integrity, excellence, and ethical conduct as they begin their careers.   LAUTECH scholar wins National Young Researcher's Award in Microbiology The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso,  heartily congratulates Dr. Adetunji Joseph Elegbede of the Department of Pure and Applied Biology, Nigeria, on winning the 2026 edition of the Prof. Oyewale Tomori National Young Researcher's Prize in Microbiology under the auspices of the Nigerian Young Academy (NYA), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to microbiology. The prize is funded by the renowned Professor of Virology, Prof. Oyewale Tomori, FAS, NNOM, FRCPath, a former Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO), pioneer Vice-Chancellor of Redeemer's University, Ede, Nigeria, and former President of the Nigerian Academy of Science.
