Reminder on the 64th Inaugural Lecture

 This is to remind all members of the University Community and their friends far and near to make plans to attend the 64th Inaugural Lecture of the University coming up on Thursday May 22, 2025.

Topic: The Heart and its venomous whisper of Disorder: Sieving the Wheat from the Chaff.

Venue: The Great Hall, LAUTECH Main Campus, Ogbomoso

Time: 12 Noon

The Lecture will be delivered by Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine, Adeseye Abiodun Akintunde.


Please note that Free Medical Screening exercise including blood pressure, body mass index and blood Blood sugar check among others precede the lecture between 10am -12pm, at the Great Hall basement.

LAUTECH out with requirements for 2025/2026 undergraduate admissions

2025/2026 Admission Candidates who applied to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, as their first-choice institution in the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE) have been informed about the opening of admission portal for online registration with effect from Friday, 25th July 2025. The portal would remain open till Wednesday, 20th August, 2025.   NELFUND students loan: LAUTECH never fiddled with funds Our attention has been drawn to the obnoxious story on the front page of the Guardian Newspaper edition of Tuesday April 29, 2025 in which it reported that 51 Universities were found to have made illegal deductions from the Nigeria Education Loan Funds (NELFUND) facilitated by the Federal Government. We would not have bothered to respond to the malicious story that fell short of responsible journalism that the Guardian used to be known for, but for the fact that the publication erroneously listed the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, among the  51 Universities it said misappropriated the funds.
