LAUTECH's Professor Iyabo Christianah Oladipo elected Fellow of Royal Society of Biology
The
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has recorded another
significant international achievement as one of its distinguished
researchers and Professor of Food and Indusrial MicroBiology, Iyabo Christianah Oladipo, has
been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB).
Information
made available to the university indicated that Professor Oladipo
received the prestigious fellowship in recognition of her outstanding
contributions to the biological sciences.
The
Royal Society of Biology is one of the United Kingdom's leading
professional bodies for the biological sciences. The Fellowship is
conferred on individuals who have made significant contributions to
biology through research, education, leadership, and professional
practice.
Professor
Oladipo was honoured for her exceptional achievements in food
microbiology, food safety, antimicrobial resistance, and nanotechnology,
as well as for her commitment to teaching, mentoring, and international
scientific collaboration.
